We have created this site for several reasons. The first is to keep our current team connected and informed. This is a place where teammates and parents can find our schedule, see what current activities we have planned, learn about alumni runners, see community links and much more.
Second, we want to keep the legacy of Piner Cross Country alive and growing. We want to promote Cross Country at Piner as well as in our community.
Third, to stay connected with former Piner Cross Country runners. Where are they now, what are they doing, how did Cross Country change their lives?
As the current head cross country coach along with my assistant coach and wife, Melanie, we are in our ninth Cross Country season at Piner. Our main goal for the athletes is to improve as individuals and as well as a team each and every year. We have established a solid program and created a new tradition that we hope Piner athletes and alumni can be proud of for years to come.
